Order Policy
Benda Custom Picks offers selected custom parts and complete look configurations for Benda Napoleon 125/250, Napoleon 450/500 and Dark Flag V4 riders.
1. Before payment
- The customer chooses the Benda model, product or build, quantity, colour and option where applicable.
- The customer reviews the selected parts, options and total amount before secure Stripe checkout. Stripe securely collects the delivery country and address during payment.
- No supplier order is placed before confirmed payment.
- Any document issued before payment is a proforma invoice or final order confirmation with Payment pending status.
2. Payment and order processing
Secure payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the checkout, country, currency, order amount and customer eligibility, Stripe may present card payments and other payment methods, including Klarna.
Klarna: when presented at checkout, Klarna decides approval and the available payment plan. The exact payment schedule, any applicable terms and customer disclosures are shown by Klarna before confirmation. Benda Custom Picks does not grant credit and does not decide Klarna eligibility. The full order price remains visible before payment.
After payment confirmation, Benda Custom Picks may start order processing, supplier preparation, product allocation, packaging preparation or dispatch preparation based on the customer’s selected items and options.
3. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal
Customers should send any cancellation or withdrawal notice to support@bendacustompicks.com, identifying the order and the specific goods concerned. A notice received after processing has started is reviewed against the actual order status and applicable mandatory law.
For consumer contracts subject to French distance-selling rules, a statutory right of withdrawal generally lasts fourteen days from receipt of the goods, subject to legal exceptions. An item is not treated as excluded from withdrawal merely because it appears in a custom look or because processing has started; any exception must meet the applicable legal conditions.
4. Delivery and tracking
- Delivery is included unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout flow.
- Tracking is shared after dispatch when it becomes available from the supplier, preparation channel or logistics partner.
- Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of logistics, customs controls or local import procedures.
5. Import duties, taxes and local compliance
For EU delivery, no import duties are added at checkout unless stated otherwise. Outside the EU, local import duties, taxes, carrier handling fees, inspections or compliance checks may remain the customer’s responsibility in the destination country.
Exhaust systems without road-approval documentation
For selected exhaust products supplied without road-homologation certificate or road-approval documentation, Benda Custom Picks confirms mechanical fitment for the Benda model expressly stated on the relevant product page. Benda Custom Picks does not claim that such an exhaust is road legal, ECE approved, EU approved, emissions compliant or noise compliant for public-road use in any specific country.
Road-use requirements vary by country. Before public-road use, the rider must ensure compliance with applicable local requirements, including registration, inspection, noise and emissions rules. This information concerns local road-use requirements only and does not affect statutory consumer rights.
6. Product concern and technical review
A report concerning a delivered item should identify the order reference, the exact item concerned, the motorcycle configuration and the issue reported. To review the file accurately, Benda Custom Picks may request clear photographs, a short video, a photograph of the received mounting hardware placed over the relevant motorcycle mounting points without force or modification, and the installation guidance used.
At this review stage, receipt of a report or request for information is not an acceptance of a defect, non-conformity, refund, replacement, cancellation or liability. The review normally concerns only the item or items expressly identified. Other delivered items and items still in transit are not automatically included.
Please retain the item, hardware, packaging and documents in their current condition. Do not force, drill, modify, dispose of or return an item before written return or handling instructions are provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If a lack of conformity is established and statutory consumer law applies, Benda Custom Picks will handle the applicable statutory remedy for the affected goods. Under French consumer law, repair or replacement is normally considered before a price reduction or contract resolution, subject to the legal conditions of the case.
7. After payment
After confirmed payment, a final invoice can be issued with Paid status, date of payment and payment reference when available.
