Independent business notice
Benda Custom Picks is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Benda, Keeway, MBP or their distributors unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Any business-to-business collaboration is distinct from the e-commerce activity. Benda Custom Picks does not sell motorcycles, replace a partner’s dealer network or take commission on motorcycle sales. The relevant partner retains control of territory, inventory, prices, local route, customer data, test rides and final sales.
Payment
Secure card payments are processed by Stripe. Benda Custom Picks does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Customer complaints
For a complaint about an order, contact support@bendacustompicks.com and include the order email, request ID or payment reference and the exact item concerned.
Consumer mediation
Before referring a dispute to a consumer mediator, the customer should first send a written complaint to Benda Custom Picks at support@bendacustompicks.com.
After first sending a written complaint to Benda Custom Picks, a consumer may refer an eligible dispute free of charge to the designated consumer mediator:
